Waris began his journey shoveling gravel at his family’s jobsites at just 11 years old, and he now leads a multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm serving residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Waris has experience in every level of property development and real estate. With a background in commercial law, he knows the importance of getting the details right, while also having the confidence to shake anyone’s hand, in any setting.
As a family man, he enjoys spending time with his niece and nephew, travelling, and playing golf. At heart, however, he is deeply driven and committed to his work, serving as a director on multiple boards.
Waris believes in hard work where it matters, and performance where it counts.
